By installing or using Stratuz (“the app”) you agree to these terms. Stratuz is developed by Ricardo F. Teixeira (“I”, “me”).
The app
Stratuz is a free player for audio and video files that you keep in Google Drive or on your device. It has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Your content
- You are responsible for the files you play with the app, and for having the right to use them.
- The app only reads the files you pick. It never changes, moves or deletes your files in Google Drive or on your device.
- Your library exists only on your device. It is not backed up, and it is lost if you uninstall the app or change devices.
Google services
To use files from Google Drive you need a Google account, and your use of Google services is subject to Google’s Terms of Service. Stratuz is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, and do not try to interfere with the app or the services it connects to.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I do my best to keep it working, but I cannot guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or able to play every file.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any loss of data, files or other damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
I may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
